Imagine this; you get off work at 5:00, you have to pick Billy up at soccer practice and Susie has a dance recital at 7:00. Your spouse doesn’t get off work until 5:30 and isn’t home until 6:00. You have two hours to shop for dinner, pick Billy up at practice, pick Susie up at day care, go home, cook and serve dinner and make sure you make Susie’s recital on time! YIKES! What stress!
Now imagine this; you get off work at 5:00 you pick Billy up at practice, pick Susie up at day care go home and open the door to smell a delicious meal waiting for you, your Personal Chef was here today and left dinner in the oven for you. The spouse strolls in at 6:00. You’ve already taken a shower and poured a glass of wine for you and your spouse, the kids have set the table and all you have to do now is serve, sit down and have a great meal with your family. All the shopping, cooking and cleanup has been done and your Personal Chef has left you dinner for the next four days in your fridge! How great would that be!
The Happy Cooker will meet with you personally to discuss your preferences and dietary needs, they will do all of the shopping for your menu choices, they will create healthy delicious meals for your own palate and they will leave your kitchen spotless. How much better could it get? We even offer a personal shopper service for your other grocery needs! Say you need milk, bread, eggs and potty paper. Just call or e-mail us the day before your cook date and for a small extra fee, we will pick up the items on your list and deliver them with your groceries for your Personal Chef Service! This will give you even more free time to spend with family or friends.
PERSONAL CHEF SERVICE
- We will conduct a thorough assessment of your likes, dislikes, allergies and medical needs.
- We will consult with your health professional, at your request, about your dietary needs.
- We will develop a personalized menu for your approval based on the assessment interview.
- We will shop for the freshest vegetables, meats and seafood available in our area.
- We will create delicious, healthful meals with your particular tastes and needs in mind in the comfort and safety of YOUR kitchen.
- We will cook for you as often as you like, once a week, twice a week or for special occasions are the most common choices.
- We will keep in close contact to make sure all of your needs are met and that the food prepared for you is to your liking.
CATERING SERVICES
The Happy Cooker Personal Chef and Catering specializes in catering small gatherings. A sit down dinner for 12, a buffet for 20 or an outdoor BBQ, we help you with the menu planning, do all the shopping, prepare all of the food serve and do the cleanup all in your home. All you have to do is enjoy your guests.
Should you need service for a larger party we would be more than happy to accommodate you. We will help with wedding/event planning, finding a venue to hold the event where we would be able to cook and serve for you and all aspects of the menu and food preparation. These services are priced on an individual basis.
PERSONAL GROCERY SHOPPER SERVICE
Should you need a few things at the grocery store we would be happy to pick those things up for you. Just call or e-mail us the day before your cook date and for a service fee of $15.00 we will pick up all the things on your list. This service is limited to things we can get while doing the shopping for your regular cook date. No dry cleaning, prescriptions ECT.
COOKING CLASSES
From Private cooking lessons to’ teach and eat classes’ The Happy Cooker will customize classes to fit your needs. Classes are limited to 6 people or less.
